Shipping Policy

We use Australia Post as our standard shipping provider. Tracking numbers will automatically be sent to your email once the order is with Australia Post. Signature on arrival is requested to protect your parcel.

Return & Exchange Policy

In line with ACCC requirements, we will offer a replacement (where possible) or refund for any goods received that are damaged in transit. Photos of the product damaged within packaging will be required. Please note that we do not offer returns on change of mind purchases to ensure the integrity of all bottles we sell. 

Privacy and Data Collection

Details for each customer and Cabinet Member are stored in our database housed online. Your details will only be used to fulfill orders when supplying information for a purchase. Customers who opt to sign up as a Cabinet Member will receive updates sporadically regarding new products, special offers or events. Your data will not be shared with any third party.
